Scope, amount and purpose of use

1. According to the provisions of GB 2760-2020, it can be used for various foods according to production needs. FEMA stipulates that the reference dosage of soft drinks is 5.4mg/kg, the reference dosage of candy is 28mg/kg, and the reference dosage of alcoholic beverages is 1000mg/kg.

2. It is the main aroma component in Baijiu. The content of ethyl hexanoate in Luzhou flavor Baijiu was lower than that in ethyl hexanoate. The content in Baijiu is generally 1000-2000mg/l, while it is higher than that in Maotai flavor Baijiu. The smell and taste in 50% (v/v) deodorized ethanol: 1000mg/l, light and elegant aroma, sweet, strong and slightly astringent taste.
